Sorry everyone, I still haven't gotten a respond from ^livius and I don't want to disappoint you guys, so I decided to conduct the Help A N00b Event/Project Thing! :p

→ What is Help A N00b?

An event to help new emoticonists by having a spree of Emoticon Tutorial making! There will be a list of different tutorials, and members can sign up or "claim" to make that tutorial.

MS Paint is not a horrible program because it doesnt have a lot of special effects to it like Photoshop, Open Canvas, etc. Practice and try, you'll get good results.
