Sorry everyone, I still haven't gotten a respond from livius (https://www.deviantart.com/livius) and I don't want to disappoint you guys, so I decided to conduct the Help A N00b Event/Project Thing! :p
→ What is Help A N00b?
An event to help new emoticonists by having a spree of Emoticon Tutorial making! There will be a list of different tutorials, and members can sign up or "claim" to make that tutorial.
